Description

What results are you achieving? Leaders are only as good as the team they lead...

On 29 May 1953, Sir Edmund Hillary and Sherpa Tenzing Norgay became the first climbers to reach the summit of Mount Everest. It’s a great example of leadership. Hillary’s expedition was only possible with the effort of his supporting team of Sherpa’s. When it comes to the workforce teams, everyone has their own mountain to climb. The question is, are your teams delivering for you like Hillary’s team of Sherpa’s OR are they like half of the rest of businesses teams, disengaged around the results you need to deliver? (Gallop 2016 survey 50.8% not engaged).

Based on this statistic from Gallop, most Leaders tend to carry the load of their teams. Leaders exist at the forefront of deadlines, decisions and solutions. Yet too often leaders get distracted with day-to-day tasks due to a lack of team responsibility and accountability. Underperforming teams are the responsibility of the leader and their team members, Leaders understand this. Yet lack of team member awareness of this heaps pain and pressure on the team's leader.

As a Leader, what if you could build awareness and urgency within your teams about what it takes to deliver the results you are after?

The "How to build a Winning Culture" Public Workshop will deliver on four promises:

  1. It will prime them to start taking greater responsibility and accountability under your leadership.

  2. Give them mindset skills and tools to increase focus and work ethic.

  3. Enable high level of standard setting and performance discussion with your teams.

  4. Enhance the attitude control around difficult performance feedback and coaching.
